...okay, okay... so I know it's been a while.... training sort of feel off for about 2 weeks there unfortunately, first my family was staying with me for 10 days, then it was "birthday week" which involved plenty of booze and big, heavy, fatty meals...

...never the less, I'm back at during a perfect re-acclimation point in my schedule... it's rest week (Tues, Thurs, & Sat. runs only) of pretty short runs, then, come Sunday, back at it, full bore...

Tuesday was a standard 4 miles on the usual route for that distance, timed in at 29:40 (7:14 minutes/mile), Thursday and Saturday will be the same.

...it's good to be back :-D
