I figure I had better post something prior to the week end, so here goes... Tuesday and Wednesday were both spent logging miles in Schmitz Park as has been the case the last couple weeks. Both runs were fairly unremarkable but for the sake of the blog I'll tell you that on Tuesday I saw a pony while running and on Wednesday my right foot was hurting at the start of my run (more on that next week). Thursday I took an off day both for my foot and because I was extra tired. I may run tonight, but I'm not sure, it'll depend, I'm not sure if I have plans or not yet tonight. Sunday is the Big Climb, I know I will not run on Saturday, but I may still get in a long run on Sunday (later in the evening), or perhaps Monday, again, that's all up in the air. All I really know is I've been tired recently, my legs are a little beat up, and I have a 50K at the end of this month which I wish were sooner... I'll type at you come Monday...
