(Having absolutley nothing to do with running) Tonight the wife and I are going to see game 4 of the WHL Western conference Semi-Finals between the Seattle Thunderbirds and the Vancouver Giants, so... Go T-birds!!!

Boo.... T-birds lost is poor fashion and the Wild went down too (not with out a fight though)... oh well, at least the Canucks pulled it off...
